To start at the beginning or begin at the end?

As most therapists will advise, writing, journalling, making gratitudes list etc are all good ways to seek emotional clarity and make sense of the mess that our brains and hearts experience following the break down of a relationship.

This blog is my way of doing that.  Disentangling the complex and often contradictory feelings and emotions I've been through as I navigate a way forward......which of course is the only direction we can go in.
